About Us The Friends of Watkins Library (FOWL) purpose is to: foster closer relations between the Watkins Glen Central School District Free Public Library and the residents of the community which it serves; encourage a greater awareness in the area of the importance of the library to community life; and develop a knowledge of the needs of the library for adequate housing and broader financing
FOWL would like to extend to you an invitation to join FOWL for continuing support of the Watkins Glen Public Library. Your membership will help sponsor programs for children, Books Sandwiched In, provide seasonal plants and flowers, give financial aid for computer classes, and provide financial support to unanticipated needs of the Library.
