FOWL would like to extend to you an invitation to join FOWL for continuing support of the Watkins Glen Public Library. Your membership will help sponsor programs for children, Books-Sandwiched-In, provide seasonal plants and flowers, give financial aid for computer classes, and provide financial support to unanticipated needs of the Library.
